Concealed Damages
Upon delivery, carefully inspect all contents. If you find damage to the interior contents, please contact us. We need pictures of both the damaged item and the box it came in to assist you in addressing any issues. It's crucial not to dispose of the original boxes and packaging until you confirm everything is in order, especially with White Glove Tier 2 deliveries, as they will remove the packaging upon departure.

For returns, ensure that the items are sent back in their original boxes with all packaging. Keeping the original packaging is essential, as the likelihood of additional damage during return transit is nearly 100% without it. Therefore, any returned goods lacking original packaging will be declined delivery to our warehouses.


Warranty InformationExam Chairs:
We provide a 1-year warranty for the frame of all our exam chairs and tech stools, and a 90-day warranty for electronic components, including motors, remote controls, plugs, sockets, wiring, control box modules, and fuse boxes. Within the covered period, we will supply a new, like-for-like component for replacement. If, after four unsuccessful attempts to fix the same unit, the issue persists, we will replace the entire unit free of charge. Clients won't incur any charges for shipping spare parts, but we retain the right to collect freight charges in the event of replacing a fully built exam chair or massage table.

Electronics:
All electronic items come with a 90-day warranty.

Disposables:
To ensure protection against cross-contamination and potential health hazards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any disposable items.


Color & Pattern DisclaimerLighter upholstery colors like white or sand are more likely to show stains and may discolor from exposure to UV light, such as sunlight. This is especially true if they come into contact with materials like denim jeans that contain dye or anything else that might transfer its color to the upholstery.

By choosing lighter colors, you acknowledge that staining is likely to happen, and you agree not to hold Spa Marc Inc responsible for any claims related to natural pigment transfer or the potential yellowing of the upholstery due to exposure to natural or artificial UV light, including IPL (intense pulse light).

Additionally, you understand that even if you order the same color chair or item as in your previous orders, there may be variations in color, tone, material, grain, and pattern embossment for both the material and the acrylic base. You agree to hold Spa Marc Inc harmless from any claims associated with such variations.

Returns & RefundsIf you're not totally happy with your Spa Marc Inc purchase and want to return it, contact us within 10 days of getting it for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Remember, no returns can happen after 10 days.

Don't send the stuff back to our main office address because we use different warehouses. Once you call us for the RA number, we'll give you the right address. You'll have to pay for the return shipping and a 35% restocking fee.

Make sure the things you're sending back are still new and unopened, in the original packaging. We won't take back stuff without an RA number or if it's not in the original packaging. If the items are damaged, it's your responsibility, and we won't accept them. You'll have to pay for the return shipping, and this cost isn't connected to the original shipping charges. Also, the shipping charges (both ways) won't be refunded.


Return PolicyIf you're not completely happy with your Spa Marc Inc purchase and want to return it, reach out to us within 10 days of receiving it for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Remember, we can't accept returns after 10 days.

Don't send the items back to our main office address because we have different shipping warehouses. Once you call us for the RA number, we'll tell you where to send the items. You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 35% restocking fee.

Cancellation PolicyIf an order is eligible for cancellation, a credit card transaction fee (typically between 3% to 4%) will be deducted from the final refund to cover payment transactional costs. Please note that cancellations are not permitted for merchandise that has already been dispatched from our shipping facility.


Custom Orders & Out-of-stock Orders PolicyOnce a custom or out-of-stock order is placed, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted. This includes orders with specific color, function, or any other alterations. There are no exceptions or grace periods beyond the order date. Since we begin the process of purchasing materials, parts, and replenishing missing stock items immediately upon order placement, we cannot absorb the associated costs if the order is canceled.


F.O.C (free of charge) StorageIn the event that you are not prepared to receive immediate delivery of your purchase, you may request us to store your order free of charge for a maximum period of 60 days from the date of your purchase. Following the initial 60 days of free storage, a fee of $49.00 PER ITEM / PER MONTH will apply for larger items such as exam chairs, and $5 PER ITEM / PER MONTH for smaller items like controllers, covers, bed rolls, etc.
