Requests for returns or exchanges will be subject to all pertinent return, refund, and shipping fees and policies. Consequently, while the system marks the item as "shipped" (and you have been duly notified via email), the provision of a tracking number may be deferred until the subsequent business day in most cases.

* For Expedited 1-Day Shipping, a $299 fee is required for expedited shipping and packing. This guarantees that your order will receive priority handling and ship within one business day. If the fee is not paid, your order will be processed for shipping within 3 to 5 business days, excluding holidays.


New York Metropolitan OrdersAll freight orders destined for new york city properties will be subject to a $250 "Metro" fee per chair. This fee is imposed due to the additional "Surcharge" applied by the city of New York to our freight partners, in addition to the "Base" shipping charge(s). In the context of freight orders directed to locations beyond the lower 48 united states, encompassing hawaii, alaska, puerto rico, and international destinations, a bespoke shipping quotation is imperative to ascertain the conclusive shipping expenses. The supplemental fee, exceeding the established $199 standard cost, falls under the purview of the client's responsibility and remains non-negotiable by Spa Marc Inc Should you elect to place an order directly through our online platform, one of our legal representatives in the shipping department will subsequently communicate with you to formalize the collection of this ancillary fee, an indispensable prerequisite prior to the commencement of the shipment process.


Shipping OptionsTier 1 - basic delivery
This option entails "Curbside" delivery, signifying that the carrier will deposit the merchandise at curbside, refraining from attempting to convey the merchandise indoors or engaging in any form of "In-office" or "Setup" activities. (tier 1 - inside delivery)

Tier 2 - white glove delivery

In addition to the basic delivery, white glove delivery encompasses inside delivery, setup, and takeaway services. The cost for this service is $399, in addition to the "Basic" delivery cost, and is applied per heavy unit. This service involves a two-person, appointment-based delivery to the designated treatment room, excluding staircases. Higher floors are accommodated if there is accessible proximity to a freight elevator suitable for the shipment. The goods will be unboxed, and all packaging materials will be removed. It is imperative to note that, depending on the product, certain final assembly requirements may be necessitated, and such assembly is expressly excluded from this delivery service. It is paramount for clients to designate and remit payment for the chosen shipping service level at the time of order placement. Furthermore, this designation cannot be retroactively added at a later juncture. All freight shipments are categorized as basic, tier 1, or tier 2, contingent upon the client's preference.


Shipping DamagesUpon receiving your delivery, promptly take pictures of both the product and the packaging and contact us immediately. In certain instances, if the damage is only cosmetic and acceptable to you, we may expedite replacement parts to address the cosmetic issues. However, it's important to note that this is your choice, and we will collaborate with you to initiate a claim with the shipping company. If you choose to accept the delivery in its delivered condition, you acknowledge and agree that it may take some time before we can dispatch the necessary replacement parts to address any potential cosmetic issues.

Alternatively, you have the option to REFUSE the shipment entirely. In the event of refusal, please contact us immediately while the delivery personnel are still present to commence a claim and receive further instructions. It's crucial to make a damage claim promptly, providing thorough documentation with photos. If you decide to refuse a damaged shipment, do NOT sign for it. Under no circumstances should you allow the delivery driver to persuade you to accept goods with visible extensive damage(s). Additionally, make a note of the damages on the delivery paperwork, even if you don't receive a copy on the spot.
